General Question On Your Packages & Credits
You may continue to book treatments as usual until 26th July, or use your credits to redeem retail products in-store.
We regret that all packages must be used by 26th July and cannot be extended beyond this date.
However, we are currently in discussions with several salons to take over the remaining credits and continue serving you at their locations.
Yes, you may share your remaining sessions or credits to a family member or friend. Kindly inform us in advance for arrangement.
We encourage early booking or product redemption. Please contact us and we will do our best to assist within the remaining time.
All packages and credits are non-refundable and must be utilized before the closing date.
